Becoming Leonidas – Day 12

Workout #4

Coming up on the middle of the 30 days, I weighed in at 183.4 lbs. for a total gain of 3.6 lbs, a measly 0.3 lbs. per day, or 0.9 lbs. per workout :-P .

Of course, that's not quite a fair assement as I've obviously lost a bit of fat as well. I plan to get my vitals assessed again in a couple of days to try and determine how much. Honestly, if I gain 8 or 10 lbs. of muscle as it looks I might, then I'll be happy with the results.

In terms of actual strength gain, I'm still seeing reasonable improvement:

That's about all I've got that's worth telling at the moment. :-)
